State Employees' Credit Union is seeking an experienced Adobe AEM Developer to design and implement advanced digital solutions. You will work within the Digital Services Applications team to translate business needs into scalable AEM-based software across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Adobe AEM Developer with senior responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency in Java, JSP, Servlets, and related technologies.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Deep knowledge of AEM architecture, components, templates, and workflows.
• Familiarity with integrating AEM with other Adobe Cloud products.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to leadership.
• Must be able to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to define and solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams and designers to deliver scalable software.
• Develop and extend AEM components and workflows.
• Design, architect, administer and implement AEM Cloud platform features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AEM application issues.
• Write reliable, testable code with proper reviews.
• Create system integration tests and automation scripts.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
• Drive evolution of technology platforms and standards.
