Job summary

Harvard University is seeking an Associate Director of Admissions within the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. The role leads the Admissions Office, overseeing five staff and driving end-to-end admissions processing from inquiry to matriculation.

Collaboration with the Director of Admissions, data-informed decision making, and management of technology (CRM, online applications) are key. Travel domestically and internationally is required, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Admissions Office operations and supervise staff.
• Design and manage admissions processes with quality controls and compliance.
• Produce recurring reports and analyze enrollment trends to improve yields.
• Develop data-informed recruitment and marketing plans and assist with budget planning.
• Manage technology (CRM, applications, portals) to support operations and customer service.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and represent Harvard Chan School at recruitment events.
• Support planning and execution of on-campus, off-campus, and virtual recruitment activities.
