You will drive workflows, supervise a small team, and collaborate with financial aid and academic units to recruit, interview, evaluate, and yield top candidates.

The role requires strategic thinking, stellar communication, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience in database management and data analysis.
• Excellent public speaking skills and ability to present to large groups.
• Willingness to travel internationally, domestically and work occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day admissions operations from launch to matriculation.
• Recruit, interview, evaluate and yield prospective students.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Student Services, and academic departments to ensure smooth process.
• Assist with projects and initiatives as assigned.
