Description

SUMMARY

Assists prospective students from inquiry through the first week of classes. Manages a database of prospective students, converting a percentage to enrolled students who persist to graduation. The position may be campus-based or remote, depending on university needs.

Qualifications & Responsibilities
  • Contact prospective students to obtain approval to start enrollment
  • Conduct in-person and online interviews to explore programs and admission requirements
  • Assess students' ability to meet admission criteria and succeed
  • Maintain knowledge of university programs, features, and benefits
  • Assist students in selecting appropriate programs
  • Coordinate with other departments for a seamless enrollment process
  • Include department directors and financial aid in interviews as needed
  • Follow university policies and procedures
  • Maintain enrollment records and complete reports
  • Protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
  • Track activities and adjust to meet goals
  • Use CRM to monitor conversion metrics and activities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Admissions for continuous improvement
  • Participate in workshops and events
Qualifications

Working Conditions
