Job summary

JANUS ESOP HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a qualified individual to oversee administrative, logistic, supply, and operational support for the Task Order in support of the Department of State WPS III program in austere environments. The role includes property accountability, procurement, warehousing, and coordination with host-country authorities. The candidate must possess a U.S.

passport, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and meet supervisory and overseas experience requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must demonstrate Level 3 English language proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics/supply chain management or CPPA certification.
• Minimum of six (6) years in administrative and logistical support management.
• At least three (3) years in property management with experience in at least four areas.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize, manage, and assess ALSS personnel performance.
• Ensure on-time delivery of support materials and equipment.
• Maintain property, maintenance, and operational records.
• Oversee supply, receiving, warehousing, and storage per WPS III contract.
• Coordinate with contractor's corporate office on business transactions.
• Assist with overseas procurement and logistics management.
