Job summary

JANUS ESOP HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a senior logistics and administrative manager to lead ALSS personnel for a Department of State Global Protective Services program. The role covers planning, procurement, property management, and international logistics in austere environments.

The successful candidate will have 6+ years in admin/logistics, 2+ years supervisory and overseas procurement, plus a valid U.S. passport and driver’s license. On-site work and security clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must demonstrate Level 3 English language proficiency.
• At a minimum, must possess either a Bachelor's degree in logistics/supply chain management from an accredited institution or a current Certified Professional Property Administrator certification (www.npma.org).
• Must possess a minimum of six (6) years of experience in administrative and logistical support management.
• Three (3) years in property management with experience in acquisition, audits, control, disposition, movement, inventory, property accounting, receiving, records and reporting.
• Two (2) years in supervisory capacity.
• Two (2) years in overseas procurement and logistics management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Attend and successfully complete a supervisory course.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Valid U.S. Passport with at least 6 months remaining.
• Must be able to speak, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize, manage, and assess ALSS personnel performance.
• Ensure on-time delivery of support materials and proper documentation.
• Maintain property, maintenance, and operational records.
• Oversee supply, receiving, warehousing, and storage per WPS III contract.
• Coordinate with the contractor's corporate office on business transactions.
• Ensure goods/services are procured and paid per regulations.
• Support movement of contractor personnel domestically and overseas.
• Liaise with host-government agencies for visas and clearances.
• Prepare written deliverables and reports.
