ORACLE is seeking an exceptional Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team in a vital support role within ourReston, VAoffice. This position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and organized individual to work closely with and directly impact the productivity of our high-level Oracle executives.
The Senior Administrative Assistant will be an integral part of the company's operations, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities and providing exceptional support to multiple executives. The role requires a proactive and dynamic approach to handle a variety of tasks, including complex calendar management, event coordination, and will work on special projects, as needed.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:Relieve executives of administrative burdens by providing top-tier assistance, allowing them to focus on strategic responsibilities.
- Calendar Management:Take charge of managing and organizing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating across multiple time zones to ensure efficient time management and minimal conflicts.
- Event Coordination:Plan and execute on-site and off-site events, including conferences, meetings, and team-building activities. This involves venue selection, catering arrangements, and travel bookings, all while ensuring a seamless experience.
- Expense Processing:Handle expense reports with precision, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely processing.
- Cross-Functional Support:Provide backup and assistance to other administrative staff and executives as required, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Special Projects:Be prepared to contribute to various projects and task forces, offering administrative expertise and ensuring successful outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role supporting multiple VP-level (or above) executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proficiency in managing and organizing calendars for busy executives, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules.
- Event planning and coordination skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vendors.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in processing expense reports and ensuring compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with executives, colleagues, and external partners effectively.
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) are essential.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude is highly valued.
