  • Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and project milestones.
  • Assist with internal communications, documentation, and reporting.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, including confidential records.
  • Support onboarding and coordination for new hires, vendors, and contractors.

Job Requirements


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role (preferred).

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Familiarity with technical or data center environments is a plus.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset.

  • Comfortable working in a high-security, high-performance environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Collaborative and service-oriented attitude.


Other important requirements:



  • Pre-employment screening, including background check and substance testing may be required according to company policies.

  • Must provide own steel-toed work boots; other PPE will be supplied.

  • Must be able to reliably commute to the work site as needed orhave plans to relocate before starting work.


Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with internal communications, documentation, and reporting.

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, including confidential records.

  • Support onboarding and coordination for new hires, vendors, and contractors.

  • Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and facility logistics.

  • Coordinate with IT, security, and facilities teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.



  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Assist with planning and execution of on-site events, audits, and executive visits.

  • Actual hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications.

  • Overtime compensation for non-exempt workers for hours worked over 40 per week
