Job summary

Nestlé Purina is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and project support to the Vice President of Digital Strategy and Enterprise Digital. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate confidential materials, and support meetings and communications across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include travel arrangements, expense reporting, and preparing executive-ready presentations using PowerPoint and the Microsoft 365 suite.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience in a corporate environment.

  • Manage complex calendar coordination for the VP Digital Strategy, prioritizing meeting requests, resolving conflicts, preparing agendas and aligning time to business priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and screening requests with discretion.
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings, conferences, and leadership sessions, including logistics, materials, technology setup, catering, and post-meeting action tracking.
  • Prepare, edit, and organize executive-ready presentations, reports, correspondence, and documents using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and related tools.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, expense reporting, purchase/payment requests, supplies, and administrative processes for the function.

This role enables effective leadership execution by managing complex calendars, prioritizing information flow, coordinating confidential materials, supporting meetings and communications, and proactivelyanticipatingbusiness needs across internal and external stakeholders.

Manage complex calendar coordination for the VP Digital Strategy, including prioritizing meeting requests, resolving conflicts, preparing agendas, and ensuring leadership time is aligned to business priorities

Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications, screening requests, and ensuringtimelyfollow-up with discretion and professionalism

Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings, conferences, and leadership sessions, includinglogistics, materials, communications, technology setup, catering, and post-meeting action tracking

Prepare, edit, and organize executive-ready presentations, reports, correspondence, and documents using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools

Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, expense reporting, purchase/payment requests, supplies, equipment support, and administrative processes for the function

Maintain organized digital and physical records, support project coordination, protect confidential information, and proactively improve administrative workflows, processes, and team operating rhythms
