The candidate will report directly to the President of the Division. The Senior Administrative Assistant handles phone and email communications, routes inquiries, and maintains a professional, client-focused presence at all times. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and proofreading correspondence, creating basic reports and presentations, and assisting with expense tracking and invoice processing. The role also supports special projects, helps improve administrative processes, collaborates with colleagues across departments, and ensures compliance with internal policies and confidentiality standards.
