Southwest Tennessee Community College is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support Administrative Services, Police Services, Risk Management, Facilities, and IT Services. This full-time role will assist the Chief of Administrative Services by procuring IT hardware and software, managing licenses, and developing division reports and budgets.
The position also involves supervising student staff, participating in strategic planning, and maintaining essential communications and reports

This is a full-time position in the division of Administrative Services (Police Services, Risk Management, Physical Plant (Facilities) and Information Technology Services). Under general supervision, this position will assist the Chief of Administrative Services. This position will be responsible for the procurement and licensing of IT hardware and software.
This position will participate in division strategic planning and oversee the strategic planning and the business continuity systems for Administrative Services. This position will develop and maintain division reports which will include unit metrics and budget. This position will supervise student support personnel.
