Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Leadership) to own the admin services for a global software platform. You will manage control plane, admin interfaces, user and role administration, and device middleware integration, enabling scalable operations in the field.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and leadership across a complex distributed environment, interfacing with vendors and internal teams to drive delivery and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 4+ years substitutable for a degree.
• 10+ years in software engineering or analytics platform with 4+ years in leading a major tech area.
• Experience delivering admin/control-plane services for distributed systems.
• Proven ability to engage external vendors for integration and certification.

Responsibilities

• Own admin services for a globally distributed software platform, including control plane and admin interfaces.
• Define architecture and roadmaps for administrative capabilities across environments.
• Lead development of admin user experiences for system admins and operators.
• Oversee vendor engagement for device middleware and SDK certification.
