Qualifications

Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
8+ proven experience on ADAS/AD vehicle test, digital offline test or triage data analysis.
Strong scripting ability and the capability to zoom from detail to high-level vision.
Experience with Vehicle/System Integration and SW components debugging.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Problem solver and 'Buck stops with you'.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other teams to plan triage and testing.
Perform live triage with accurate analysis and debugging steps; present top issues daily.
Define test targets and improve triage efficiency and quality.
Automate metric generation and build dashboards for triage visibility.
Drive root cause analysis and ensure timely issue closure.
