Exponent is seeking a Senior Engineer specialized in ADAS and/or automated vehicles for the Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field and a proven track record in automotive technology.

The role involves supporting consulting projects, managing project timelines, and executing various test programs. A strong commitment to quality and excellent communication skills are essential. Compensation includes a base salary of USD 135,000 – USD 175,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's degree with relevant experience in automotive engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in ADAS or automotive systems.
• Knowledge of dynamics, mechanical design, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Support consulting projects in advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).
• Develop expertise in automotive technology design and testing.
• Manage project execution from initiation to completion.
