TruDataRx, Inc. is seeking a Senior Actuary with 5+ years of dedicated experience in pharmacy benefits.

You will drive pricing, trend forecasting, and formulary strategies, collaborating with clinical, underwriting, and product teams to model financial impacts for self-insured employers. As a senior team member, you will build complex financial models and translate findings into actionable business strategies for leadership, while mentoring junior staff and engaging in client and partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics or a related quantitative field.
• ASA designation required; MAAA membership desirable.
• 5+ years of actuarial experience, with at least 3 years in pharmacy benefits/PBM pricing.
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience manipulating large healthcare datasets using SQL/SAS/Python/R.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and enhance pricing models for pharmacy benefit programs (AWP, MAC, dispensing fees, rebates).
• Monitor and forecast pharmacy cost and utilization trends, including high-cost specialty drugs.
• Model financial impact of formulary changes and rebates; lead tech and data initiatives.
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial reporting; calculate pharmacy liabilities and rebates.
• Translate actuarial data into clear narratives for leadership and provide client/partner consultations.
• Mentor junior analysts and uphold technical rigor across projects.
• Perform other duties as required.
