Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Actuary in Austin, TX to join the Network Analytics team. The role focuses on analytics and financial tools to support network strategy and market growth, including discounts, pricing, and contracting for Commercial segments.

You will collaborate with network, MEU, and commercial actuarial teams, developing market insights, trend analytics, and cross-functional solutions. Strong SQL/SAS/Python/R skills and ASA certification are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree along with 5+ years of actuarial and/or analytical experience with strong technical, analytical, and financial skills.
• ASA designation.

Responsibilities

• Develop a quarterly market-level discount review process for Regional Leads and Chief Network Officers, informing negotiations.
• Drive data-driven pricing and contracting strategies for MedRx and Behavioral Health.
• Provide pricing support for Aetna Whole Health / APCN Plus, joint ventures, and narrow network pricing across Commercial segments.
• Build tools and analyses to support Priority Markets and Strategic/Enhanced Providers with standardized fee schedules across state lines.
