Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required plus 5+ years actuarial/analytical experience.
• ASA designation required or in progress; strong technical and analytical skills expected.
• Programming experience in SQL, SAS, Python, or R is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Discounts: develop a quarterly market-level discount review to inform leadership and inform negotiations.
• Emerging trend analytics: collaborate cross-functionally to drive data-driven contract negotiation strategies.
• Pricing: support for multi-market pricing, including contract insights and area factors.
• Contracting: build tools/analyses to support strategic/provincial provider contracts across markets.
