Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Actuary for Large Group Pricing to drive pricing strategy, risk assessment and trend analysis. You will partner with Finance, Underwriting and Product teams to inform rate actions and filings, while delivering clear actuarial communications and insights.

The role requires a strong background in actuarial methods, ASA designation, and at least five years of experience. A leadership mindset and ability to mentor teammates are valued in our collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree along with 5+ years of actuarial experience.
• ASA (Associate of the Society of Actuaries) designation.
• FSA designation preferred or working towards FSA.
• Ability to thrive in an evolving environment with competing priorities.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to formulate recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver complex actuarial analyses and communications.
