Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Actuary to lead complex actuarial analyses supporting gross to net forecasting, pricing methodology, and trend development for large group pricing. The role collaborates with Finance, Underwriting, Product, Network, Contracting, Sales and leadership to shape pricing actions, communicate insights to diverse stakeholders, and mentor junior actuaries.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree and ASA; FSA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years actuarial experience.
• ASA designation required.

Responsibilities

• Support gross to net forecasting and pricing methodologies.
• Partner with Finance, Underwriting, Product, Network, Contracting, Sales and market leadership on pricing strategies.
• Communicate complex actuarial analyses and pricing implications to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead trend analytics, governance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Mentor junior actuaries and potentially manage up to two actuarial professionals.
