Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify system modification areas to support new product designs and functionality.
• Write business requirements for system modifications as needed.
• Deepen understanding of life and annuity products, benefits, and calculations.
• Develop and refine test strategies and plan values validation for admin or illustration systems.
• Modify and create test tools to validate rates and values on systems.
• Create and maintain tools for accurate implementation, administration, and support of life and annuity products.
• Lead and train Associate Actuarial Systems Analysts.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across the organization.
• Maintain system-based rule configurations to reflect product features.
• Provide ad hoc product and policy analysis to ensure correct administration of life/annuity contracts.
• All other duties as assigned.
