Qualifications

• Bachelor's Equivalents combining education and experience required.
• 4–6 years experience building and deploying predictive models in an insurance environment.
• 4–6 years actuarial experience preferred.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Strong Python skills preferred; other modeling tools a plus.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work in cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain predictive models using proper techniques and methodologies.
• Lead communication of project results to business partners in understandable terms.
• Ensure all projects have proper documentation considering regulatory and business concerns.
• Actively work on personal development, including modeling prowess and actuarial designation progress.
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure progress with development and career pathing.
