You will guide and mentor staff, develop analyses, and inform decision makers with presentation materials across pricing, reserving, and other actuarial functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or closely related discipline.
• 3 years experience in an Actuarial role; 6 Exam Components.
• Master's degree preferred in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or closely related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define & diagnose a problem. Outline data requirements for a study or analysis and devise potential solutions.
• Create studies, analyses, and presentation materials needed to inform decision makers.
• Mentor staff and provide decision support to team members.
• Develop efficient processes and apply actuarial techniques to functions such as pricing, claim trend analysis, profitability analysis or reserving.
• Interact with stakeholders to convey engagement and competence, and provide decision support to management.
