• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
• ACAS designation and working towards FCAS.
• FCAS consideration may apply for some candidates.

Responsibilities

• Establishes relationship with business partners and provides actuarial guidance as needed.
• Builds strong relationships to influence segment strategy via analytics.
• Provides analyses to inform pricing strategy and may modify tools.
• Monitors profitability, reserving, and claim trends with recommended actions.
• Guides less experienced teammates and manages projects as needed.
• Produces technical actuarial analyses and communicates findings.
• Stays current with actuarial trends and drives process improvements.
• Continually improve processes and document methods.
