Moody’s Corporation is seeking an Associate Director-Actuarial Client Support to provide expert actuarial guidance across life, annuity, and health lines, leveraging AXIS and related modeling tools.

You will collaborate with clients to translate complex requirements into tailored solutions, validate models for pricing and valuation, and support cross-functional teams to improve software and services. Strong communication and AI awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field required.
• FSA or equivalent actuarial designation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert actuarial client support across life, annuity, and/or health insurance lines, leveraging AXIS or comparable platforms.
• Partner with clients to understand complex modeling requirements, troubleshoot issues, and design tailored actuarial solutions.
• Support clients in implementing and validating actuarial models for pricing, valuation, ALM, corporate modeling, stochastic modeling, and risk management.
• Communicate complex actuarial concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product development, research, and technology teams to enhance software capabilities and service delivery.
• Contribute to documentation, training materials, and best practice guidelines for client onboarding and education.
• Operate independently with accountability and escalate to senior leadership as needed.
