Job summary

Moody's is seeking an Associate Director-Actuarial Client Support to provide senior actuarial guidance and client solutions within the Insurance unit in North America. Qualifications

• FSA designation or equivalent.
• Experience in life/health pricing, valuation, and ALM.
• Hands-on AXIS or similar actuarial modeling experience.
• Ability to communicate complex actuarial concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert actuarial client support across life, annuity, and health insurance lines using AXIS or comparable platforms.
• Collaborate with clients to understand modeling requirements, troubleshoot, and design tailored actuarial solutions.
• Assist in implementing and validating models for pricing, valuation, ALM, and risk management.
• Explain complex actuarial concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with product, research, and tech teams to enhance software capabilities and service delivery.
• Contribute to documentation, training materials, and best practice guidelines for onboarding and education.
• Operate independently with accountability while escalating to senior leadership as needed.
