The Analyst will develop models for revenue forecasting, analyze healthcare data, and collaborate across departments. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or related field and have 3-6 years of actuarial experience, particularly within healthcare. The position requires strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years relevant actuarial experience within healthcare preferred.
• 2+ actuarial exams, Pre-ASA or ASA level required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain models to forecast risk-adjusted revenue.
• Analyze historical risk score trends and identify gaps.
• Prepare financial reports and variance analyses for senior management.
• Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics.

Skills

Prior experience within Medicare Advantage

Understanding of CMS-HCC models

Proficiency in modeling and forecasting

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong understanding of SQL

Analytical and critical thinking skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong interpersonal skills
