Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in an Actuarial role.
• 6 Exam Components.
• 10 or more Exam Components (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Define and diagnose a problem; outline data requirements and potential solutions.
• Create analyses and presentation materials to inform decision makers and provide recommendations to management across teams.
• Proactively ensure internal/external consistency of work; perform reasonability checks and test suspect results.
• Utilize internal/external knowledge forums; provide technical input and identify outliers.
• Understand environment, goals, and objectives of the position; propose process improvements and lead changes.
• Independently manage own time and resources across many projects; prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
• Interact with stakeholders; explain technical work to both technical and non-technical audiences and provide decision support.
• Mentor less experienced staff regularly to foster teamwork and excellence.
