Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an actuarial professional to design systems and deliver models and data sources for Medicare Part D analytics. You will collaborate with multiple teams to create solutions that meet actuarial and underwriting needs, and you will document code for clarity and reuse.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ experience, strong Excel and SQL-based skills, and excellent communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of job related experience.
• Expertise in Excel required.
• Expertise in BigQuery, SAS, SQL or equivalent required.
• Analytical and model-building skills required.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Designs systems to support actuarial functions.
• Develops and maintains models, data sources, and analytical tools for Medicare Part D Actuarial and Informatics.
• Collaborate with teams, leaders, and stakeholders to design and deliver actuarial/underwriting solutions.
• Organize and document code so business logic is easy to locate, read, and update.
• Communicate results of analysis clearly to diverse audiences.
