  • Manage work that is hands-on, project-oriented, self-directed, less structured, and complex.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with internal customers to deliver technical solutions that add business value and yield actionable recommendations.
  • Drive communications with all key stakeholders.
  • Utilize actuarial, statistical, economic, and financial theory in conjunction with the appropriate programming language to better understand risk, forecast outcomes, and perform financial due-diligence.

  • Hands-on experience developing solutions using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (clustering, LLMs, CARTs, random forests, LDAs, simulation, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, text mining, NLP, etc).
  • Programming experience with SAS, Python, or R doing data manipulation, data visualization, statistical analysis, and/or financial model building.
  • Computational problem-solving experience in a healthcare environment including extracting data from large relational databases, understanding the various codes found in detail claims, enrollment, and provider data, and grasping how clinical activity translates into claims data.
  • Proven ability to work at both a conceptual and detail level to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders through storytelling and presentations.
  • Proven ability to independently establish a captivating hierarchy, layout, typography, and color when designing visual solutions.
  • Fluency in multiple programming languages and experience with multiple storage and integration technologies.
Desired Abilities and Leadership Competencies:
  • Able to lead change and innovation in your sphere of influence.
  • Superior client-facing skills: communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and the ability to synthesize complex numerical insights in a straightforward and enlightening way.
