Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an Activity Security Representative (ASR) III to provide multi-disciplined security support for a DoD customer facility and organization. Responsibilities include handling classified materials, SAP/SCI activities, and access control operations in a high-security environment.

Requires 5+ years related experience, 2+ years SAP, and ability to travel within the AOR. Current TS/SCI with CI polygraph eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience.
• 2+ years SAP experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree counts as four years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence
• Assist in maintaining a document accountability database and correspondence
• Processing inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records
• Perform destruction of classified materials
• Process magnetic media for accountability
• Reproduction support for classified materials
• Maintain daily logs for administrative functions related to document control
• Assist in processing inbound/outbound data transfer files
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers
• Maintain an extensive customer database contact list
• Assist with inbound visit notices and maintaining logs
• Escort facility visitors and logs
• Assist in preparing facility access control badges
• Conduct entry and exit inspections
• Maintain facility access control entry systems and visitor control
• Data entry to the Personnel Access Security System database
• Maintain customer sponsored billets and quota information
• Assist in maintaining personnel security files
• Follow customer SOPs
• Support security awareness/education programs
• Provide leadership and QA for team members
• Review/track security clearance processing with government personnel
• Participate in Air Force SAP security inspections
• Implement Top Secret control for accountable material
• Prepare inbound/outbound classified mail, faxes, courier packages
• Process PARs for accuracy and access eligibility
• Execute SAPN P Nomination Questionnaires
• Conduct DCII/JPAS/SAPNP reviews for SAP access
• Data entry and record checks in AFADS
• Perform indoctrinations
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members
