Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) seeks an Activity Security Representative III to provide multi-disciplined security support at a customer facility.

The role covers day-to-day support for Collateral, SCI and SAP activities, including classification reviews, document control, and access management. The candidate should have 5–7 years related experience, a related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and DoD SAPNP training if performing personnel security functions; current TS clearance with SCI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent 4 years’ experience.
• Must complete DoD SAPNP training if performing personnel security functions.
• Familiar with security policy manuals, DCIDs/JAFANs, and related guidance.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound and outbound correspondence for classification.
• Maintain document accountability and related logs.
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipts.
• Support SCI, SAP, and Top Secret materials handling.
• Assist with facility access control and badge preparation.
• Escort visitors and maintain access logs.
• Support security awareness and training programs.
• Coordinate with government personnel on clearance actions.
• Maintain personnel security files and SAP access records.
• Perform data entry to security databases.
• Travel within Area of Responsibility as needed.
