Qualifications

• 2+ years SAP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Maintain document accountability database and logs.
• Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Destruction of classified materials.
• Reproduction support for classified materials.
• Maintain various daily logs for document control.
• Assist in processing inbound/outbound data transfer files.
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers.
• Maintain a customer database contact listing.
• Prepare facility access control badges and conduct entry/exit inspections.
• Assist in maintaining personnel security files and SAP access reviews.
• Follow and enforce SOPs and provide security awareness training.
• Lead and mentor team members; ensure quality assurance.
