Fundamental in Wisconsin seeks an Activity Assistant to bring joy and engagement to our residents. You will help plan, implement, and support activities that promote cognitive, social, and physical well-being while working closely with the Activity Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college credits preferred.
• Aptitude for arts and crafts.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and provide proof of liability insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, development, coordination, and implementation of activities for patients and residents.
• Assist with transporting, communicating, and setting up for activities in and out of the facility; order and pick up materials as needed.
• Conduct one-on-one activity therapy to offer sensory stimulation and group activities to ensure progress.
