North Oaks Communities LLC is hiring a Health Center Activity Assistant to support seniors with a varied activity program designed to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. The role requires planning, coordinating, and executing activities, handling calendars, and guiding volunteers to ensure a high-quality resident experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; experience in social or recreational programs preferred.
• Background in music, art, drama, or dance therapy is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Plan and coordinate a varied activity program for residents.
• Prepare and distribute monthly calendar and newsletter.
• Coordinate supplies and purchases for activities.
• Distribute mail to residents.
• Move residents to and from recreational areas and announce activities.
• Direct volunteers, provide training and supervision.
• Maintain accurate attendance records.
• Assist CLS Coordinator in absence.
• Assist with resident assessments and staff training.
• Attend in-service trainings; observe safety rules.
• Follow HIPAA and OIG policies.
