Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking an Activity Assistant (CNA) for Bethany Village in Indianapolis. Part-time hours are available (10a:30am - 6:30pm) to enrich residents' daily lives with engaging activities and compassionate care.

You will collaborate with the care team to plan age-appropriate activities, provide supportive presence, and help residents feel seen and valued. CNA certification or equivalent training is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Successful completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or a CNA competency evaluation program approved by the State; this training can be provided by the community.
