Qualifications

• CNA certification or state-approved CNA training completed.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• State-approved CNA competency evaluation required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities for residents.

• Collaborate with care team to support residents holistically.
• Balance schedules and prepare activity materials.
