Responsibilities include planning activities, coordinating with the care team, and ensuring residents feel seen, heard, and valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Successful completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or CNA, approved by the State.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate engaging, age‑appropriate activities for residents.
• Collaborate with the care team to support residents’ physical, emotional and social needs.
