You will plan, lead, and adapt recreational, social, and therapeutic activities; encourage participation; support residents' mental, emotional, and physical well-being; assist with events; document attendance; and collaborate with the Activities Director and care team to

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience in activities, recreation, or working with seniors is preferred (training provided).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and lead recreational, social, and therapeutic activities for residents.
Encourage participation and adapt activities to meet interests, abilities, and needs of individuals.
Support residents’ mental, emotional, and physical well-being through meaningful engagement.
Assist with special events, group programs, and one-on-one resident activities.
Document attendance and participation as required.
Collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team to create a supportive, fun environment.
