Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking a Senior Product Developer, R&D to independently manage activewear and swim product development from concept through production. You will own fabric research, drive margins, and lead a high-volume SKU cadence across multiple brands, partnering with Design, Tech, Buying, and PD teams to stay on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of garment product development and/or production experience across Activewear and Swim.
• 1+ year in a managerial or leadership role, with experience training junior team members.
• Degree in Apparel Manufacturing, Product Development, Fashion Design, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage product development, WIPs, and costing across multiple Activewear and Swim brands from concept through production.
• Lead and monitor WIPs to keep a fast-paced, multi-brand calendar on track.
• Negotiate target costs and retail pricing while maintaining margins.
• Coordinate sample arrangements and vendor communications to ensure timely cataloging.
