Qualifications

• 7 years related experience in Active Directory administration.
• Ability to troubleshoot server performance using native Windows Server tools.
• Strong experience with Active Directory 2019/2022 and mailbox server configurations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall health of AD and internal DNS technologies.
• Resolve escalated Active Directory tickets and provide documentation.
• Coordinate incident tickets between different service tiers.
