Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data, engineering or the liberal arts.
• 3–6 years of experience in program management, strategy, or wealth management.
• 3+ years’ experience in MS Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI).
• 3+ years’ experience in wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute growth initiatives with material impact on growth and retention.
• Develop success metrics for progress, risks, and impact on roadmaps.
• Track performance of key growth levers for continuous improvement.
• Lead data analysis and reporting for growth initiatives and rewards programs.
• Create dashboards, reports, and executive-ready materials.
• Develop scalable, repeatable reporting processes to aid decisions.
