Job summary

RDR, Inc. seeks a qualified professional with an active TS/SCI with CI Poly to lead and streamline complex policy, DoD/IC issues, and executive-level documentation.

You will coordinate tasks, brief senior leaders, and collaborate with DoD/IC stakeholders to ensure timely dissemination of critical information. The role requires strong systems engineering language skills, project management experience, and a track record of working with executives across multiple levels.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly prior to consideration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of experience desired.
• Knowledge of DoD/IC issues, policies, programs and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and streamline support functions.
• Identify internal and external issues and take appropriate action as approved by the US Government.
• Author, consolidate, coordinate and edit executive-level documentation to ensure consistency with organizational strategic objectives; apply an in-depth knowledge of DoD/IC issues, policies, programs and procedures.
• Make recommendations and prepare briefings, point papers and other materials based on analysis of complex policy issues and documents.
• Participate in external committees, IPT, working groups and task forces.
• Ensure critical information is disseminated to internal and external agencies including the Office of Secretary of Defense, ODNI and mission partner offices.
