Job summary

Yochana is seeking an experienced IT professional with 10+ years in IT and 5+ years in Actimize IFM development to design, build, and implement AIS/RCM components. The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with ActOne and IFM-X, and hands-on release management using ServiceNow and Rally.

You will lead a cross-functional team, coordinate with business units, and deliver documentation such as technical specs, low-level designs, and installation guides while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 10+ years overall IT experience and 5+ years of development experience in Actimize IFM Solutions.
• Experience in developing customized AIS and RCM Components.
• Proficiency in development of custom profiles, AIS/RCM Plugins.
• Implementation experience of ActOne and IFM-X install, configure and code with in Actimize modules comprising of the Microsoft SQL.
• Experience in Solution upgrades and profile migrations.
• Good understanding of the release Management process with hands on experience on ServiceNow, Rally.
• Ability to work with business teams and provide solutions for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Write and deliver Release installation instructions, Technical Specification document, Low level design documents.
• Hands on experience on Writing and complex SQL server queries and Stored Procedures.
• Should be able to lead the team and co-ordinate with multiple teams.
• Good documentation and communication Skills

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts for Actimize IFM solutions and AIS/RCM components.
• Develop and customize AIS/RCM plugins and profiles.
• Coordinate release activities, upgrades, and migrations with stakeholders.
• Create technical specs, design documents, and installation instructions.
• Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures for reporting and integration.
• Mentor and manage team members across multiple groups.
• Ensure clear documentation and effective communication with business teams.
