The role requires independent work on complex technical and business matters, with collaboration across finance, legal, and operations to support the acquisition process. A Bachelor's degree and 4–7 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain access to classified information.
• Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience, or equivalent.
• Experience conducting acquisition research, due diligence, and financial modeling.
• Ability to prepare reports and present findings to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential acquisition targets.
• Evaluate financial statements, market trends, and strategic fit.
• Perform due diligence and assess risks and opportunities.
• Support cost estimation and inputs to PR packages and procurement planning.
• Develop detailed financial models and ROI analyses.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (finance, legal, operations).
• Maintain acquisition trackers and decision logs.
• Prepare and present reports/recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions for opportunities.
• Provide inputs to quarterly program reviews and ensure accessibility standards.
