OMNI Consulting Solutions, LLC in El Segundo, CA seeks a Senior Acquisition Specialist to support Space Systems Command. The role provides senior-level acquisition and program integration support for complex and high-visibility mission requirements.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of acquisition experience, strong DoD/Space Force knowledge, and can independently analyze requirements, coordinate across organizations, and produce executive-level documentation and briefings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of acquisition or program-support experience.
• Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and develop executive-level briefs.
• Experience in DoD/Space Force acquisition environments preferred.
• Ability to coordinate actions across multiple organizations and manage staff products.

Responsibilities

• Support SSC organizations' acquisition and program information-management requirements.
• Respond to data calls, document reviews, acquisition reporting, travel requests, media requests and other requirements.
• Manage tasking from receipt through closure, tracking actions and approvals.
• Conduct research, coordinate actions, develop schedules, consolidate information, and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and maintain acquisition documents, staff papers, memoranda, briefings, reports, and other program-support products.
• Evaluate acquisition information for consistency with strategy, milestones, schedules, forecasts, risks, and guidance.

OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking a Senior Acquisition Specialist to support Space Systems Command (SSC) organizations in El Segundo, CA. This position provides senior-level acquisition, program integration, information management, and action-officer support for complex and high-visibility mission requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant acquisition or program support experience, strong knowledge of DoD acquisition environments, and the ability to independently analyze complex requirements, coordinate actions across multiple organizations, and develop executive-level products and recommendations.

• Support acquisition and program information-management requirements across SSC organizations.
• Respond to data calls, document reviews, acquisition reporting, travel requests, media requests, and other directed requirements.
• Manage tasking from receipt through closure, including distribution, suspense tracking, response coordination, and Government approval.
• Conduct research and analysis, coordinate actions, develop schedules, consolidate information, and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and maintain acquisition documents, staff papers, memoranda, briefings, reports, and other program-support products.
• Evaluate acquisition information for consistency with strategy, technical approach, milestones, schedules, forecasts, risks, and applicable guidance.

• 10+ years of relevant acquisition, program support, integration, action-officer, or business-operations experience.
• Ability to independently support high-visibility or mission-critical work and apply comprehensive functional knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information, develop recommendations, and produce executive-level documentation and briefings.
• DoD/Space Force acquisition or program-support experience is strongly preferred.
