Job summary

Quantum Sky is seeking an Acquisition Program Manager to join OTTI, supporting SSC OTTI for Space systems. You will lead acquisition lifecycle activities, advise leadership on strategies and funding, and coordinate between military and program teams.

The role requires extensive DoD/Space operations experience, proven program management skills, and the ability to operate within a multi-contractor environment. Active TS/SCI eligibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred for seniority.
• 15+ years in Program Management (DoD/Space ops preferred) with acquisition/program management experience.
• Experience with Air Force/Space Force operations, C2, SATCOM, and operator training.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and technical writing abilities.
• Familiar with agile environments (Scrum) and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance in PM lifecycle activities with SSC government teams.
• Advise leadership on acquisition strategies, budgeting, and execution.
• Oversee program management activities across stakeholders and programs.
• Present complex information to military leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct acquisition analyses including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps to support govt PM.
