Job summary

Odyssey has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Acquisition Program Management Professional supporting AFLCMC/EBU at Robins AFB, GA. The role covers the full lifecycle of air armament and munition systems to enable data-driven decisions and mission success.

Responsibilities include cost/schedule/performance monitoring, risk management, IPT leadership, and coordination with engineering, logistics, and finance, plus interactions for FMS programs and senior briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 25 years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree and 15 years of relevant experience.
• Program management experience preferably within a DoD acquisition or other regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition program management support across all phases of the DoD acquisition lifecycle (Materiel Solution Analysis through Operations & Support)
• Advise Government Program Managers on program execution, acquisition strategy, and risk management
• Develop, review, and coordinate acquisition documentation such as AS, SEP, TEMP, LCSP, SOW, SOO, and CDRLs
• Monitor and evaluate program cost, schedule, and performance using metrics and EVM
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks; maintain and manage risk registers
• Lead or support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), milestone reviews, and technical reviews
• Support source selection activities, including proposal evaluation and contract modifications
• Coordinate across engineering, logistics, test, and financial stakeholders to ensure integrated program execution
• Prepare and deliver briefings, status reports, and decision support materials to senior leadership
• Support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and international armaments cooperation efforts
