Job summary

Applied Research Solutions seeks a seasoned Acquisition Program Manager III to support the Crypto and Cyber Systems Division in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on enterprise-level acquisition planning, program health tracking, and cross-division coordination to deliver warfighter capabilities.

The candidate will guide program execution, engage with leadership, and ensure compliance with DoD acquisition policies while maintaining strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in a Program/Project Manager capacity within a DoD acquisitions program.
• Experience managing programs in accordance with regulatory requirements in the DoD 5000s.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition support to the HNC Division Chief/SPM and HNC programs from an enterprise perspective.
• Assist with rapid planning, course of action selection, and guidance to leadership for an integrated system-of-systems approach.
• Develop and review program documents, establish timelines, and maintain enterprise view of program health.
• Coordinate functional staff reviews, capture feedback, and support SMART, MARs, and LHAs.
• Apply knowledge of acquisition planning, budgeting, and PPBE processes to program management.
