Job summary

Odyssey Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Acquisition Program Manager to support a high priority Air Force mission at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role focuses on acquisition management, PPBE planning, and program lifecycle leadership within AFLCMC/HNJ, serving SAP/SCI eligible programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of general work experience, including at least 5 years in acquisition program management.
Expertise in acquisition documentation and milestone preparation.
Strong understanding of PPBE, budgeting, and financial planning.
Experience with DoD processes (DoDI 5000, JCIDS) and enterprise-level planning.
Clearance requirements: TS and eligibility for SAP/SCI.

Responsibilities

Investigates, analyzes, plans, evaluates, drafts and/or recommends solutions for project/program efforts.
Provides expert level issue resolution and recommendation support to achieve desired program outcomes.
Applies broad knowledge of organizational missions and programs, such as acquisition management and modernization planning.
Applies knowledge of and expertise with acquisition management, program management, budget/finance principles and methodologies, modernization planning, and the PPBE process.
Review initial and revised acquisition documents and provide the enterprise level perspective to ensure consistency and accuracy.
