Job summary

Credence seeks an Acquisition Management Specialist to support PM PNT at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The role directs lifecycle development, fielding, and sustainment of DoD PNT and C5ISR platforms, ensuring rapid cyber, EW, and intelligence architectures are updated to counter threats.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required; mandatory for Intelligence and EW operations.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
• Bachelor’s degree with ten (10) years’ experience or a master’s degree with eight (8) years’ experience; military service with fifteen (15) years in DoW/DoD acquisition programs is acceptable.
• Back-to-Basics Program Management Certification at the Advanced or Practitioner level preferred, aligned with AR 70-1 and policy.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML software pipelines, RF engineering concepts, and software‑defined architectures.

Responsibilities

• Strategically align and govern EW and ISR programs using the Defense Acquisition System framework and DoDI 5000.01/02/87, AR 70-1.
• Apply acquisition processes to select and execute optimal pathways, including SWP for rapid prototyping and software agility.
• Ensure all program activities align with ASA(ALT) mandates and PM PNT policies and procedures.
• Develop, review, and provide recommendations for PM PNT products, schedules, budgets, requirements analysis, and documentation.
• Prepare for and attend PM PNT meetings; document proceedings and provide recommendations per CDRL A010.
• Review, update, and maintain PM PNT program documentation per law and policy (10 U.S.C., AR 70-1, DoDDs).
• Prepare and maintain Acquisition Strategy Reports, APBs, and ADMs for MDRs.
• Identify changes to PM PNT policies to address new requirements from OSD and ASA(ALT).
• Provide updates at IPT meetings and IMS; support PM PNT reports and reviews.
• Plan, coordinate, organize, and prepare reports and meeting minutes for PM PNT events per CDRL A010.
